1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Revn, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Revn provides vehicle management tools including MOT reminders, service tracking, insurance comparison, and fuel price comparison for UK-registered vehicles.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Plans & Subscriptions

Revn is offered on three plans, all of which include the full feature set:

• Starter, free forever, up to 2 vehicles per account.
• Pro, £3.99/month or £39.99/year, up to 5 vehicles per account.
• Business, £14.99/month or £149.99/year, unlimited vehicles per account, subject to the fair-use cap in clause 5.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for your plan, unless cancelled beforehand. You may cancel at any time and your plan will remain active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4.1 Limited-Time "Price for Life" Offer

From time to time we offer introductory annual rates that are guaranteed for the lifetime of an uninterrupted subscription, currently Pro at £25/year and Business at £99.99/year. Provided your subscription remains continuously active and is paid on time, the annual price will not increase. If the subscription lapses, is cancelled, downgraded, or its payment method fails and is not resolved within 30 days, the price-for-life entitlement is forfeited and any future renewal will be at the then-current standard rate. We reserve the right to withdraw new sign-ups to this offer at any time.

5. Fair Use, Business Plan

The Business plan is marketed as "unlimited vehicles" but is subject to a fair-use cap of 50 vehicles per account. This is intended to cover sole traders, owner-operators and small fleets. If you require capacity above 50 vehicles you must contact us at hello@revn.uk to arrange a tailored plan. We reserve the right to contact you, throttle additional vehicle creation, or require a plan upgrade if usage materially exceeds the fair-use cap.

6. Limitation of Liability

Revn provides reminders and comparisons as a convenience. We are not liable for missed deadlines, incorrect data, or decisions made based on our tools.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Revn constitutes acceptance of any changes.
